Placing Orders

international orders must be paid via Paypal.

To
order, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the
checkout.

Complete
your shipping, billing, and contact information as
requested. Under payment method, select Paypal.

Submit
order.

We
will verify the order, then send you a Paypal invoice.
Once the invoice is paid, your order will
ship. Please note that it may take a few days for
Paypal to send us your payment. We ship only after we
receive payment from Paypal.

- If
your order is not paid via Paypal, it will be declined
automatically, as our system will not accept international
credit cards.
- Though
most orders will ship in 1-2 business days after payment
is received from Paypal, many orders will ship in 2-5
business days. All orders are shipped by the United States
Postal Service using Airmail Parcel Letter. This is a
quick delivery method, but delivery times may vary
depending on your country. The average is usually about
7-10 business days. We can not be held responsible for
courier shipping delays. Please keep in mind that we do
our best to have your order delivered as quickly as
possible.
- Customer
pays all customs fees of their country. This may involve
being required to pay the postal delivery person when your
package is delivered. If an item does need to be returned,
it should be sent so that no customs fees are charged to
Priority Electronics. This can be done by telling the
shipper that the order is a return for replacement (or
that the item is damaged). If customs fees are billed to
Priority Electronics, customer will be billed those fees.
Warranty
Information
Unless otherwise stated on
the item page, all products are new and come with a one year
warranty. This warranty is provided through us, saving our
customers the inconvenience of trying to contact the
manufacturer directly. Unless otherwise requested, all
replacements under warranty will be shipped out using the
method selected on your original order. Should there be a
request to upgrade the replacement shipping method, additional
fees may apply.
If the item you have purchased is refurbished, it will come
with a 90 day warranty. Sometimes, our refurbished products
come with a one year warranty, but this information is written
on each refurbished item's page for clarification.
3 Step Return
Policy
Step
1: Complete and submit online RMA
form
Step 2: Receive RMA number via
email from our RMA Department within 48 hours of submitting
your request.
Step 3: Package and send products
to our warehouse. Replacements ship once we receive original
products
To return a
product, you must obtain an RMA number by completing our online
RMA form.
(Please note that this
form is not an automated process. You will receive an RMA
number from one of our Return Technicians)
Note:
Please obtain an RMA number BEFORE sending your
product(s) to our warehouse. No returns will be accepted
without a valid RMA number. All RMA's must be packaged
properly and returned in a box (original packaging material
preferred). All RMA's returned in envelopes, bubble-bags,
etc. will be charged a $15.00 processing fee. Customer is
responsible for shipping defective or damaged products back to
our warehouse. We will cover only the return shipping fee. If
for any reason you decide to cancel your order after the
product has already shipped or if you refuse the package, you
will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any additional
shipping fees that may apply.
Please Note:
- International
orders may not be returned for refund.
- If
your product is damaged or defective, we will send you a
replacement ONLY after a valid RMA is received. Click
here to request an RMA for a damaged item.
- All
damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving
the item. Please fill out our online RMA form and under
"Reason for Return" select Damaged/Defective.
- All
returned items will be tested to verify that they are
defective.
- If
your replacement is also defective (Meaning you have
received 2 defective products from us), after testing and
verifying that the item is defective, we will issue you a
refund minus the shipping cost from your order. We will
not send out another replacement.
- If
you believe that the replacement is defective and after
testing the product, we discover that it is NOT defective,
we offer the following options:
1. We will ship the item back to the customer
(customer pays shipping) or
2. We will refund you the product price minus
a 20% restocking fee. (Shipping will not get refunded)
